Tonite's plays

So far tonite two games are in and one is on the bubble. Loyola Chi +8 @ UIC and USC +7.5 @ Stanford are in. Louisville -7 @ Marquette is close. The lines are moving a lot today so I'll update later.

I introduce to you 2008 President Elect Ms. ....

Let me be among the first to predict that the next president will be the first female president in our country's history. I believe the country is ready to elect a female, however it won't be Hillary. It will be Condi Rice. She will spend the next 2+ years making history in the Middle East by implementing the current president's foreign policy. With success already in Iraq, Afghanistan and Palestine their is no reason to beleive that peace and democracy cannot be acheived elsewhere in the Middle East. Condi will be the central figure in this process.

As is the case with most two term president's the next Republican nominee will ride Bush's coattails through the primaries. I believe that Condi will be groomed by Bush over the next four years and will have his backing. The liberal media will try their best to link her to scandals such as Abu Graib to slow her down, but I don't think it will work.

Here's to Condi in '08! She'll have my vote.
